1. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age and any health/fitness requirements set for the specific NusantaRun chapter and category you register for. Registration confirms you meet these requirements.
2. Registration
To register, you must provide accurate name, email, and phone information, hold a valid Privy digital ID to electronically sign the participation waiver, and hold a valid Kitabisa account for fundraising participation. Registration is not complete until the waiver is signed and any required fundraising step is completed.
3. Assumption of Risk
NusantaRun is an ultramarathon event conducted over long distances and variable terrain. You acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, exhaustion, and risks associated with outdoor and traffic conditions, and you voluntarily assume these risks by registering and participating.
4. Waiver and Release
By signing the participation waiver through Privy, you release Yayasan Lari Nusantara, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Fundraising
Fundraising is conducted through Kitabisa. Donations, payment processing, and disbursement are governed by Kitabisa’s own terms. NusantaRun is not responsible for Kitabisa’s platform, transaction processing, or fund handling.
6. Public Race Tracking
By registering, you consent to your name, nationality, bib number, category, and checkpoint progress being displayed publicly on NusantaRun Live during the event, without login, so that the public can follow race progress. You also consent to your participation being recorded in event results, photos, and promotional materials.
7. Archival of Data
NusantaRun operates as a multi-year, multi-chapter movement. Your registration and race-day records are retained permanently as part of the event’s historical record and are not deleted after an event concludes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Conduct
You agree to follow event rules, checkpoint procedures, and instructions from race officials and crew. We reserve the right to disqualify or remove any participant who violates event rules or endangers themselves or others.
9. Cancellation, Postponement, and Refunds
Registration fee is non-refundable unless the registrant fails to fulfill the requirements as the Participants in the Event, as determined by Yayasan Lari Nusantara. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event in the event of a Force Majeure. If the Event is canceled and/or rescheduled due to the Force Majeure, we are not obliged to return the registration fee that has been paid to Participants, and we are not responsible for any Risks and Dangers that may occur in connection with the cancellation and/or rescheduling of the Event.
10. Intellectual Property
“NusantaRun” is a registered trademark of Yayasan Lari Nusantara (Registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, No. AHU-06414.50.10.2014). All event branding, content, and materials on our sites belong to us or our partners and may not be used without written permission from our active member.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights (if any) of images, photos, articles, timestamps and location information, covering the Event, and usage rights for TV broadcasts, newspapers, magazines, the internet, and other media or publications belongs to us. Such use also includes names and other personal information such as age and nationality of the Participants.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yayasan Lari Nusantara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites or participation in the event.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the event and platform evolve. Continued use of our sites or participation in future chapters constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
