We are running for them.
NusantaRun isn’t just an ultramarathon. It’s a movement with purpose, where every step helps provide quality education to children in underserved communities across Indonesia.
We run so every child we pass has the chance to learn, grow, and dream beyond the limits set before them.
For 12 years, we’ve kept moving through places and among countless runners because too many children are still waiting for that chance.
Through heat, hills, and rain, we run together: for their education, their future, and the hope of an Indonesia where every child can thrive.
It’s more than running. It’s knowing the need for education never ends, so neither do we. It’s a mission that’s #NeverDone.

The Founders of NusantaRun
Two passionate runners united by purpose, transforming their love for distance running into a nationwide movement for education.

Christopher Tobing
With a background in business, Christopher Tobing has spent over 12 years helping people build their brands and businesses through B-Listed, working with clients across sports, FMCG, and corporate sectors.
Somewhere along the way, he found a deep love for running. Sharing the same dream and passion for running and education as Jurian, Christopher teamed up with him to bring NusantaRun to life. What started as post-run conversations turned into a movement with real impact.
Through B-Listed, Christopher has also helped shape major running events in Indonesia, including Women’s 10K, Borobudur Marathon, Rexona Run, and many more.

Jurian Andika
Jurian Andika founded NusantaRun out of a love for running and a dream of equal access to quality education in Indonesia.
Once a corporate professional in Jakarta, Jurian has since moved back for good to his mother’s village in Koto Gadang, Bukittinggi, West Sumatra where he now dedicates his work to developing the area in culture and sports tourism through Kagé.
